BACKLIGHTSwitching on backlight :− Press and hold button [ZERO] for 3 seconds, on the display describedas COUNT backlight parameter value will be displayed.− Below values are accessibleo bl OFF (backlight off)o bl ON (backlight on)o bl Aut (automatic control, active only when indication changesand for the next 3 seconds after getting stable.)9. BATTERY CHARGINGEach scale is equipped with internal rechargeable battery. When the markerover the battery icon is visible, please charge the battery.Fig 12 – battery chargingConnect the power adapter to indicator’s socket – process of battery chargingwill begin. (signaled by CHARGE STATUS diode).During charging, it is possible to operate the scale in normal way. When thebattery is charged the marker will be off.If the voltage level is to low for operation, it should be replaced. Open thehausing of the indicator – see fig. 1. Disconnect the old accumulator andreplace it with a new one of the same type.- 13 -
