39Installation3 InstallationSound EffectYou can select a suitable sound mode. PressSOUND repeatedly until the desired modeappears on the front panel display or the TVscreen. The displayed items for the equalizermaybe different depending on sound sourcesand effects.[Pioneer 1]: Gives you suitable sound settingwith connecting small type of speakers(S-BD303).[Pioneer 2]: Gives you suitable soundsetting with connecting tall type of speakers(S-BD707T).[Bypass]: Software with multichannel surroundaudio signals is played according to the way itwas recorded.[Bass Blast]: Reinforce the bass soundeffect from front left and right speaker andsubwoofer.[PL ll Movie]: Performs Pro Logic ll moviemode decoding to the input signal andproduces fi ve full-bandwidth output channelsfrom 2 channel sources. This setting is ideal forwatching videos of overdubbed or old movies.This mode is available only to 2 channelsources.[PL ll Music]: Performs Pro Logic ll music modedecoding to the input signal and producesfi ve full-bandwidth output channels from2 channel sources.
