Turning the clockdisplayon or offYou can turn the clock display on or off.% Press CLOCK to turn the clock displayon or off.Each press of CLOCK turns the clock displayon or off.NoteEven when the sources and the feature demo areoff, the clock display appears on the display.Pressing CLOCK turns the clock display on oroff.Using the AUX sourceAn IP-BUS-RCA Interconnector such as theCD-RB20/CD-RB10 (sold separately) lets youconnect this unit to auxiliary equipment fea-turing RCA output. For more details, refer tothe IP-BUS-RCA Interconnector owners man-ual.Selecting AUX as the source% Press SOURCE to select AUX as thesource.Press SOURCE until AUX appears in the dis-play.# If the auxiliary setting is not turned on, AUXcannot be selected. For more details, see Switch-ing the auxiliary setting on page 62.Setting the AUX titleThe title displayed for the AUX source can bechanged.1 After you have selected AUX as thesource, use MULTI-CONTROL and selectFUNCTION to display TITLE INPUT.2 Press button 1 to select the desiredcharacter type.Press button 1 repeatedly to switch betweenthe following character types:Alphabet (upper case), numbers and symbolsAlphabet (lower case)European letters,such as those with accents (e.g., á, à, ä, ç)# You can select to input numbers and symbolsby pressing button 2.3 Push MULTI-CONTROL up or down toselect a letter of the alphabet.Each pushing MULTI-CONTROL up will dis-play a letter of the alphabet in A B C ... X Y Z,numbers and symbols in 1 2 3 ... @ # < order.Each pushing MULTI-CONTROL down will dis-play a letter in the reverse order, such as Z Y X... C B A.4 Push MULTI-CONTROL right to movethe cursor to the next character position.When the letter you want is displayed, pushMULTI-CONTROL right to move the cursor tothe next position and then select the next let-ter.
