Playing a disc1 3 5 62 4You can use this unit to control a DVD player ormulti-DVD player, which is sold separately.For details concerning operation, refer to theDVD players or multi-DVD players operationmanuals. This section provides information onDVD operations with this unit which differsfrom that described in the DVD players ormulti-DVD players operation manual.! Switch the remote control selection to sui-table setting to operate DVD players. (Referto page 85.)! Switch the remote control operation modeto DVD to operate the DVD player by usingremote control. (Refer to page 15.)1 Source iconShows what the source has been selected.2 Disc type indicatorShows the type of the currently playing disc.3 Disc number indicatorShows the disc currently playing whenusing a multi-DVD player.4 Title number indicatorShows the title currently playing duringDVD video playback.5 Chapter/track number indicatorShows the chapter/track currently playing.6 Play time indicatorShows the elapsed playing time of the cur-rent chapter/track.1 Touch the source icon and then touchS-DVD to select the DVD player.# When the source icon is not displayed, youcan display it by touching the screen.2 Touch the screen to display the touchpanel keys.3 To skip back or forward to anotherchapter/track, touch c or d shortly.# You can also skip back or forward to anotherchapter/track by moving the joystick left or right.When using the joystick on the remote control,switch the remote control operation mode toAVH.
