31.0 WARRANTY INFORMATIONPatton Electronics warrants all Model 6010 Series and Model 3101SCcomponents to be free from defects, and will—at our option—repair orreplace the product should it fail within one year from the first date of theshipment.This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or materials, and doesnot cover customer damage, abuse or unauthorized modification. If thisproduct fails or does not performs as warranted, your sole recourse shallbe repair or replacement as described above. Under no condition shallPatton Electronics be liable for any damages incurred by the use of thisproduct. These damages include, but are not limited to, the following: lostprofits, lost savings and incidental or consequential damages arisingfrom the use of or inability to use this product.
