10Discolouration on the CCD colour filterWhen continuously shooting a bright lightsource such as a spotlight, the colour filter ofthe CCD may have deteriorated and it maycause discolouration. Even when changingthe fixed shooting direction after continuouslyshooting a spotlight for a certain period, thediscolouration may remain.Do not aim the camera at strong lightsources.A light source such as a spot light causes ablooming (light bleeding) or a smear (verticallines).Indication labelRefer to the indication label placed on thesurface of the unit as to the indications ofequipment classification and power source,etc.PoE (Power over Ethernet)Use a PoE hub/device that is compliant withIEEE802.3af standard.RouterWhen connecting the camera to the Internet,use a broadband router with the port for-warding function (NAT, IP masquerade).Refer to the Network Operating Instructions(PDF) for further information about the portforwarding function.Be sure to remove this apparatus if it isnot in use.Radio interferenceWhen the camera is used near a TV/radioantenna, or a strong electric field or magneticfield (such as near a motor or a transformer),images may be distorted and noise may beproduced.Installing placeContact your dealer for assistance if you areunsure of an appropriate place in your partic-ular environment.Make sure that the installation area is strongenough to hold the camera, such as a con-crete ceiling.
