Dial the phone number ( 26 ).Talk. To end the call, place the cordlesshandset on the charger or press ( 25 ).■ To receive a callWhen the phone rings, lift the cordless handsetfrom the charger and press . Talk. Toend the call, place the cordless handset on thecharger or press .■ To make a call using the speakerphone(Hands-free talk)Press ( 27 ). Dial the phone number.Talk to the microphone ( 28 ). To end the call,place the cordless handset on the charger orpress .● Speak clearly about 50 cm away from themicrophone.● Speak alternately with the other party. Place the handset on thebase unit when the other party answers.■ To use TAM (Telephone Answering Machine)When you leave home, press ( 10 ) to turnon the indicator. (To deactivate, press againto turn off the indicator.)When receiving a call while TAM is activated,it answers the call automatically in Japanese,and records the incoming messages. Then, theindicator starts flashing.When you return home, press to playback the messages. The indicator turns offand the answering mode is deactivated.After playing back the messages, press ( 17 )twice to erase the messages or press tokeep the messages.To play back the messages while TAM isdeactivated, press ( 12 ).After playing back the messages, presstwice to erase the messages or press tokeep the messages.*Up to 50 messages can be recorded for approx.12 minutes in total.Basic Operations |
