A purchase receiptor other proof of date of original purchase will berequired before warranty service is rendered.This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materialsor workmanship, which occur during normal use. Thewarranty does not cover damage which occur in shipping orfailures which are caused by products not supplied by thewarrantor, or failures which result from faulty installation,set-up adjustments, improper antenna, inadequate signalpickup, maladjustment of user controls, improper operation,power line surge, improper voltage supply, lighting damage,or service by anyone other than an authorized repair facility,or damage that is attributable to acts of God.LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONSThere are no express warranties except as listed above.THE WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FORINCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITION, DAMAGE TODISCS) RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THISPRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OFTHE WARRANTY.
