If speakers are connected directly to the unit,they should have an impedance of 1 k≠ or less.≥Remove the plug and reinsert it as fully as possible.≥Use only the included remote control to operate the unit.≥Keep the unit away from televisions and other tuners.≥The AM antenna is in the unit, so noise may increase ifyou are holding it.≥You aren’t using the special rechargeable batteries (➪page 4).≥You must insert two batteries before you can charge.≥The unit must be off before you can charge.This is normal.The batteries may take as long as 4.5 hours to chargeunder some conditions.≥This may occur the first time you charge the batteriesor if you haven’t used them for a long time.
