19 VQT2Z87OperationsAudio playback settings / Using the timerTo set audio playback1. After performing step 10 (¼P18), press [e, r] toselect “Audio Playback” and press [OK].2. Press [e, r] to select “Audio Playback” and press[w, q] to select “On”.If you select “Off”, proceed to the below step 7.•3. Press [e, r] to select “Playback Time” and press[w, q] to select the playback time.10 minutes/30 minutes/1 hour/2 hours/3 hours/No LimitIf the audio playback time is set longer than the lengthof time from timer start time to timer end time, thetimer end time takes priority.•4. Press [e, r] to select “Update Source/Volume” andpress [OK].5. Press [e, r] to select “Confirm” and press [OK].When the timer is setWhen the unit is off, the unit is automatically turned on atthe timer start time, and the timer playback starts.At the timer end time, the unit is automatically turned off.If the audio playback is “On”, “z” is displayed on thebottom right of the screen one minute before the timerstart time. (Only for “iPod Display” screen when the unit ison)At the timer start time, the sound is faded in to the setvolume (gradually increased) and audio is played back.“z” blinks during audio playback. (Only for “iPod Display”screen)NoteThe timer less than 10 minutes is displayed with10 minute-width on the timer setting menu screen.The timer operates at the set time unless you set it todisable.The setting status such as the playback mode is reflectedin audio playback.The timer audio playback does not start when the menuscreen is being displayed and when audio selection screenis being displayed.The timer does not start even at the timer start time if theaudio selector selecting “Audio Playback” and the audioselector selected at the timer start time are the same and ifthe iPod/iPhone is being played or searched.•••••••• |
