Do notuse the other IH heater for deep-frying. Make sure to followinstructions for amounts and depths of oil.Amount: minimum 200 g (0.22 L)Depth: minimum 1 cm- Wipe water off the top plate and the insides and outsides ofcookware.If these warnings are not observed, the IR sensor may notfunction properly and cause oil overheating resulting in fire.- For stir-frying and pan-frying, set the heat level for preheatingas follows.For front IH heaters: between toFor rear IH heaters: between to- Do not leave the appliance unattended while cooking.- Stir liquids, such as soup and stewed food, before heating.Otherwise, liquids may splatter and cause burns or injuries, or potmay jump and damage the top plate.- Do not touch the top plate or top frame during or after use.Be especially careful when the high temperature cautionlight ( ) lights up, or flashes on any IH heater display.- Do not place explosive objects, such as portable gas burners,steel cylinders and canned goods, on or near the appliance.If they are mistakenly heated, they may explode.- Do not let metallic objects, such as knives, forks, spoons,lids, aluminum foil/tray, retort pouch, magnetic rings, watchesor accessories, be placed on or near the top plate, or touchthe cookware while the IH heater is operating. They may gethot and cause burns or injuries.- Do not apply high pressure to or drop things on the top plate.The top plate may crack and cause an electric shock.WARNINGIf the top plate is cracked, do not touch it and turnoff the main power switch to avoid the possibilityof electric shock. Contact the dealer where youpurchased the appliance for repair.- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the appliance. Forrepairs, contact the dealer where you purchased theappliance.- After use, use the controls to turn off the appliance (mainpower switch) and do not rely on the pot detector (safetyfeatures). When the appliance will not be used for a longperiod of time, turn off the breaker.- In case of malfunction or breakdown, immediately stop usingthe appliance.
