General Programming70 Programming Guide[108] Automatic Hold by CO / DSS ButtonDescriptionEnables or disables automatically holding an outside call when a DSS (Direct StationSelection) button on the DSS Console or proprietary telephone, or a CO button on a proprietarytelephone is pressed. Through this assignment, each button acts as follows:—— Pressing the DSS button holds an outside call and quickly transfers it to an extensionwithout pressing the TRANSFER button.——Pressing another CO button holds the current outside call.Selection• Button: DSS or CO• Enable / DisableDefaultDSS button — Enable, CO button — DisableProgramming1. Enter 108.Display: 108 AUTO HOLD2. Press NEXT to program the DSS button.Display example: DSS XFER:Enable3. Keep pressing SELECT until the desired selection is displayed.4.
