The charger is designedto operate on standardhousehold electrical poweronly.Charge only on the voltageindicated on the nameplate.Do not attempt to use it onany other voltage !16. Charge the battery pack ina well ventilated place, donot cover the charger andbattery pack with a cloth,etc., while charging.17. Do not short the batterypack. A battery short cancause a large current flow,over heating and burns.18. The appliance is notintended for use by persons(including children) withreduced physical, sensoryor mental capabilities, orlack of experience andknowledge unless they havebeen given supervision orinstruction concerning useof the appliance by a personresponsible for their safety.19.
