Chapter 2 Basic Fax Transmission22Using the Address Book Use a Key NameIf a destination is registered in the AddressBook, it can be selected by using a Key Name.z The fax numbers must be pre-programmed intothe Address Book. Refer to Adding a Fax Numberinto the Address Book (see page 176).1 Follow the step 1 and 2 on page 18.2 Select the Key Name tab.3 Select the desired destination.z To cancel a choice, select the samedestination again.z To enter additional destinations, repeatsteps 2 and 3.z To confirm the destinations, select“Destinations: ###” on the upper left cornerof the screen.4 Press the Start key.The original(s) are stored into memory with afile number. Then starts dialling the telephonenumber.
