35 TroubleshootingApplication SoftwareAfter shutting down by pressing the power switch for morethan four seconds, press the power switch to power on andopen the application again.If the program no longer works normally, go to [Start] - [Set-tings] - [Control Panel] - [Add/Remove Programs] to deletethe program.
