Grinding discguard fixingscrew123CAUTION• When using, the Grinding disc guardmust be installed on the tool so thatthe closed side of the guard alwaysfaces toward the operator.• Ensure that blotters are used whenthey are provided with the bondedabrasive product and when they arerequired;WARNING:Always use supplied guard when usingtool. Grinding disc can shatter duringuse and Grinding disc guard helps toreduce chances of personal injury.1. Install the Grinding disc guard, and thensecurely tighten the screw.1. Clamp nut2. Grinding disc3. Disc flangeMake surethe side.1322. Install the disc flange and the disc to thespindle in order as shown in the figure.3. Tighten the clamp nut onto the spindle sothat hollow side faces opposite directionto the disc.4. Push the Spindle lock button to securethe spindle in place, and then use theclamp nut wrench to tighten the clampnut securely.Spindle lock button5. To remove the grinding disc, follow theinstallation procedure in reverse.
