Check with your Supplier / System Administrator and make a note of any differences.Call Indicator LampTo adjust handset volumePress the Volume (UP) or (DOWN) keysduring a call.Incoming Call History1. Press the Incoming Call History key –your last incoming call is displayed.2. Press the (UP) or (Down) Cursor keys toExit KeyExit any screen and return theThis lamp flashes fast when a call is ringing andflashes slower when a message has been left.To adjust speaker volumePress Volume (UP) or (DOWN) keys during ascroll through your call list.3. Press the Redial key to make the call.display to “Time & Date”. Alphanumeric DisplayThe LCD has 3 lines, 24 characters with backlight.Soft KeysThe Soft Keys show the available features for yourcurrent activity. Any feature shown at the bottom ofthe LCD is available.Help KeyThe user can press this key followed by aprogrammable key to check what Line orProgrammable Feature is assigned on the key.Programmable Function KeysFlexible Line keys or Feature Keys assigned by theSystem Administrator.Flash KeyPress key to finish an outside call and hear the dialtone.Transfer KeyAllows the extension user to transfer establishedcalls to another extension.DND Key (Do Not Disturb)Setup a Do Not Disturb during a call or in idle state.Mute (Microphone) KeyMute handset or Handsfree Microphone. LED lightswhen microphone is muted.Clear/Back KeyPress this key to cancel the current action or deletehandsfree call.To adjust ring tone volumePress Volume (UP) or (DOWN) keys while thephone is ringing.To adjust LCD ContrastTo adjust the display:.1. Press the Menu soft key.2. Dial 21 on the dial pad.3. Press the Select soft key.4. Press the (UP) or (DOWN) Cursor keys toadjust the display contrast.5. Press Enter key.6. Press Speaker key to finish.Making Internal Calls1. Lift the handset or press the Speaker key toreceive dial tone.2. Dial the extension number of the requiredparty.Answering a CallYour phone will ring and the Call IndicatorLamp will flash.1. Lift the handset.orPress the Speaker key to answer byhandsfree.Placing a Call on Hold1. Press the Hold key during a call.2. Outside calls will flash at the Line key,Internal calls will flash at the Hold key.3. Press the flashing key to retrieve the heldcaller.Redialing a Previous Number1. Press the Redial key – your last dialedcall is displayed.2. Press the (UP) or (DOWN) Cursor keys toscroll through your call list.HOLD Key a character. 3.
