Confirming ConnectionsAfter initializing the array, the array and hosts can be configured from the Storage Manager client. The firsttasks that should be performed after initializing the array, however, are to confirm that the array and applicationservers are communicating correctly. Then you can configure any logical disk mappings that were notcompleted during the initialization process.Confirming Array Connections1. Open Internet Explorer and navigate tothe management server’s networkaddress and port number (default port8070).2. Log in to the Storage Manager client withan account that has administrativeprivileges.3. Expand the menu under the array thatneeds to be confirmed, and then selectConnected Host.4.
