It can be replaced with one already mounted inLossnay unit.■ For applicable models and quantities required, refer to the separate delivery specifications, products brochure, etc.■ Please read through these instructions to understand the proper and safe procedures for operating the Lossnay.After reading these operating instructions, keep it in an easily accessible and safe place for future reference.(For the user)ADVANCED HIGH EFFICIENCY FILTER FOR MITSUBISHI ENERGY RECOVERY VENTILATOR LOSSNAYModels:Operating InstructionsWear gloves when installing the filter.Otherwise, edges may cause injury.The filter contains a small amount ofglass fiber. If you have any of thefollowing problems, please respond asdescribed and see a doctor if necessary.In case of inhalation of large quantitiesof product dust (eg glass or syntheticfibers), immediately remove to freshair and wash out of mouth.If product dust adheres to the skin,wash it away with running waterimmediately.If product dust enters your eyes, rinseimmediately with running water.Remove contact lenses immediately.If product dust is swallowed, exhaleand rinse mouth thoroughly with waterimmediately.Always turn off the Lossnay ventilatorbefore installing or replacing the filter.Failure to heed this warning may resultin electric shock or injury.The following symbols denote the danger and itsdegree that may result from incorrect use.Denotes misuse that couldcause injury or damage toproperties.Denotes misuse that couldcause serious injury or death.CAUTIONWARNINGProhibitedImportantReplacing (Installation)1. Remove the maintenance cover.1) Remove the black screw.2) Slide the fix piece to out side.3) Open hinge wire.2. Remove the Advanced high efficiency filters fromthe upper right side of the Lossnay cores in thecase that Lossnay unit is installed standard.4. Push to engage the two guides of the newAdvanced high efficiency filter with the frame ofthe Lossnay core so that the frame gets caughtbetween them; an arrow indicated on the filtershould face against the Lossnay core as shownin the figure.Use a Velcro fasteners to tie up two filters. Hold thefilters up to push onto the frame in the same way asabove. (For PZ-25 to 100RFP 2 -E)3. Fill the installation date in the date entry stickerpasted on the new Advanced high efficiencyfilter. It is useful as a guide to determine thenext replacing time required.5. Install the maintenance cover in the reverseorder of the procedure shown in ”1”. The covershould be in the correct direction such that itsnameplate is legible.Advanced high efficiency filterNoteWhen replacing an Advanced high efficiency filter,always clean (or replace) the air filters built in theLossnay ventilator.NoteWhen Lossnay unit is installed upside down,Advanced high efficiency filters position is lower leftside. NoteThis filter is a disposable filter and not cleanable/washable.Please replace to new one when clogging. The followingtable shows the approximate replacement time when thedaily operation time is 10 hours and the annual operationdays are 250 days.
