The site-supervisor and theoperator must ensure all components relevant to safetyare in perfect working order at all times.NOTE: Cleaning tools and supplies are not provided.DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL VOLTAGEDANGERDo not open the appliance. Maintenance and servicingwork other than cleaning as described in this manualmust be done by an authorized service personnel.DANGERIf any part of the appliance is cracked or broken, Stopand Immediately Turn Off the appliance. Only if itis possible and safe, disconnect the equipment frommain power supply. Do not touch any parts inside theappliance.Disconnect electric power at the main power disconnectfor all equipment being serviced.Failure to disconnect the power at the main powersupply disconnect could result in serious injury or death.The power switch DOES NOT disconnect all incomingpower.Contact an authorized service agency for assistance.MAINTENANCE SAFETY—CLEANINGnWarningNever use a high-pressure water jet for cleaning or hosedown or flood interior or exterior of the equipmentwith water. Ensure that no liquid can enter into theequipment.nWarningAllow heated equipment / glass surface to cool downbefore attempting to clean, service or move.nWarningWhen cleaning the exterior, care should be taken toavoid front power switch and the electrical cords. Keepwater and cleaning solutions away from these parts.,CautionDo not use caustic cleaners on any part of theequipment. Use mild, non abrasive soaps or detergents,applied with a sponge or soft cloth.,CautionEnsure to remove all residues of cleaning agents fromthe cooking surfaces. Use a clean moist cloth to wipe offany such surfaces.,CautionUsing commercial cleaning fluids or chemicals: Read thedirections for use and precautionary statements beforeuse. Pay attention to the concentration of cleaner andthe length of time the cleaner remains on the food-contact surfaces or equipment surfaces.NoticeInspect and Clean Fresh Air Intake FilterWe strongly recommend using air intake filters in allinstallations to protect the equipment from greaseparticles. A dirty, blocked air intake filter blocks theair vent and can cause damages to the electroniccomponents. Inspect, clean or replace the air intakefilters at least once a week or as often as necessary.nWarningInspect Silicone SealWhen the silicone seal is broken, water penetrationcould cause the appliance to fail, and any malfunctioncould cause personal harm. |
