7CAUTION• Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the partyresponsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate theequipment.NOTE• This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for aClass A digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limitsare designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interferencewhen the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. Thisequipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and,if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, maycause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of thisequipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference inwhich case the user will be required to correct the interference at his ownexpense.• This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subjectto the following two conditions:(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interferencethat may cause undesired operation.Section 15.525 Coordination requirements.(a) UWB imaging systems require coordination through the FCC before theequipment may be used. The operator shall comply with any constraints onequipment usage resulting from this coordination.(b) The users of UWB imaging devices shall supply operational areas tothe FCC Office of Engineering and Technology, which shall coordinatethis information with the Federal Government through the NationalTelecommunications and Information Administration. The informationprovided by the UWB operator shall include the name, address and otherpertinent contact information of the user, the desired geographical area(s)of operation, and the FCC ID number and other nomenclature of the UWBdevice. If the imaging device is intended to be used for mobile applications,the geographical area(s) of operation may be the state(s) or county(ies) inwhich the equipment will be operated. The operator of an imaging systemused for fixed operation shall supply a specific geographical location or theaddress at which the equipment will be operated.
