Children should besupervised to ensure that they do not play with the machine.•This machine is not intended for use by persons (including chil-dren) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, orlack of experience and knowledge.•This machine has been designed for use with the cleaning agent sup-plied or recommended by the manufacturer. The use of other cleaningagents or chemicals may adversely affect the safety of the machine.•During use of high pressure cleaners, aerosols may be formed.Inhalation of aerosols can be hazardous to health.•Depending on the application, shielded nozzles can be usedfor high pressure cleaning, which will reduce the emission ofhydrous aerosols dramatically. However, not all applicationsallow the use of such a device. If shielded nozzles are not appli-cable for the protection against aerosols, a respiratory mask ofclass FFP 2 or equivalent may be needed, depending on thecleaning environment.•The employer shall perform a risk assessment in order to spec-ify the necessary protective measures regarding aerosols,depending on the surface to be cleaned and its environment.Respiratory masks of class FFP 2, an equivalent or higher aresuitable for the protection against hydrous aerosols.•High pressure jets can be dangerous if subject to misuse. The jet mustnot be directed at persons, live electrical equipment or the machine itself.•Do not use the machine within range of persons unless theywear protective clothing.•Do not direct the jet against yourself or others in order to cleanclothes or foot-wear.•Risk of explosion – Do not spray flammable liquids.•High pressure cleaners shall not be used by children oruntrained personnel.•High pressure hoses, fittings and couplings are important for thesafety of the machine. Use only hoses, fittings and couplingsrecommended by the manufacturer.
