Charge the battery cartridge beforecompletely discharged.Always stop tool operation and charge thebattery cartridge when you notice less toolpower.2. Always insert it all the wayuntil it locks in place with a little click. If you cansee the red part on the upper side of the button, itis not locked completely. Insert it fully until the redpart cannot be seen. If not, it may accidentally fallout of the tool, causing injury to you or someonearound you.• Do not use force when inserting the batterycartridge. If the cartridge does not slide in easily, itis not being inserted correctly.Adjusting depth of cut1006701CAUTION:• After adjusting the depth of cut, always tighten thelever securely.Loosen the lever on the side of the rear handle andmove the base up or down.
