The followingroutine maintenance schedule isgeared to a unit in a normalworking environment operatingon a daily basis. If necessary, theschedule should be modified tosuit the conditions under whichyour compressor is used. Themodifications will depend uponthe hours of operation and theworking environment.Compressor units in anextremely dirty and/or hostileenvironment will require agreater frequency of allmaintenance checks.ROUTINEMAINTENANCESCHEDULE1. Drain water from the air tank,any moisture separators ortransformers.2. Check for any unusual noiseand/or vibration.3. Manually check all safetyvalves to make sure they areoperating properly.4. Inspect airEach year of operation or if aproblem is suspected: Check condition of aircompressor pump intake andexhaust valves. Check condition of checkvalve. Replace if damaged orworn out.s .
