MAK GRiLLS Owners Manual • Pellet BBQ Smoker-Grill • Model EP-429-2G 8A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONSNOTE: The assembly of the 2 Star General Grill requires (2) two people.Before you begin the assembly process, take the outer cardboardsurrounding the grill from the pallet, flatten it and use that to place thebarbecue onto during assembly. Remove all parts and components fromthe grill and pallet and place them in an area that allows you to get to them,but does not interfere with the assembly process. Lay unit on its back onthe cardboard. Install screws part way in each step, but don't tighten themuntil all screws have been started.STEP 1front and rear legsInstall (rear legs have 3 extra holes) using 4 each (16total), ¼” x ½” screws and lock washers.Step 1 - 1 Step 1 - 2Step 2 Step 3STEP 2bottom shelfInstall using 8 each¼” x ½” screws and lock washers.STEP 32 locking casters on frontlegsInstall, tighten as much as possibleby hand, then using caster wrenchprovided, tighten threads all theway flush with leg base.
