Appendix B. TroubleshootingThe following table provides troubleshooting information for the projector. In some cases, more than onepossible solution is provided. Try the solutions in the order they are presented. When the problem issolved, you can skip the additional solutions.Common problems and solutionsThese guidelines provide tips to deal with problems you may encounter while using the projector. If theproblem remains unsolved, contact your dealer for assistance. Often after time spent troubleshooting, theproblem is traced to something as simple as a loose connection. Check the following before proceeding tothe problem-specific solutions.v Use some other electrical device to confirm that the electrical outlet is working. Ensure that:v the projector is turned on.v all connections are securely attached.v that the attached device is turned on.v a connected PC is not in suspend mode.v a connected notebook computer is configured for an external display.
