Note thatunlike the coffee temperature, you are aiming for a temperature here thatproduces the desired steam boiler pressure as indicated by themanometer on the front panel behind the group.The normal usage range is 1.0-1.5 bar. The 254F value shownproduces about 1.3bar which is what the earlier generations of S1 arepermanently set to. The range of available values is 239-262F or 115-123C. The lower values prevents you from select too weak a steamvalue and the upper value prevents boiler overpressure.Then press the Menu button to lock in this value and return to the mainProfile menu.
