Electric Knife with Storage CaseAssemblyCarefully unpack the electric knife and remove any packaging. Place the unit on a level,dry and heat resistant surface ready to use. Ensure to read all instructions carefully andkeep them for future use.1. Wipe all parts with a damp cloth, not wet, so they are clean and free of any manufacturing oilsthat may be left on the surface.NOTE: Do not use any abrasive cleaners as these may scratch the motor housing (8) orstainless steel blades (1).2. To assemble the stainless steel blades (1) hold the blades by the plastic blade handles (2) andslide the rivet (12) on one blade, into the keyhole (11) on the other blade (Fig.1).CAUTION: The stainless steel blades (1) are extremely sharp; always handle by the sideopposite to the cutting edge or by the plastic blade handles (2).3. Slide the assembled stainless steel blades (1) into the motor housing (8) until it clicks into place.(Fig.2)NOTE: Ensure the plastic blade handles (2) line up before inserting.NOTE: Always use both stainless steel blades (1) when carving.CAUTION: Always ensure that the stainless steel blades (1) are securely locked into placebefore operating.4.
