It will alarm when there are high levels of COpresent, and when there are low levels of CO present over alonger period of time (see page 21 for alarm times). When a COcondition matches either of these situations, the alarm/voicemessage warning system will sound, and be accompanied by theflashing red LED light. The carbon monoxide sensor uses anelectrochemical technology.CAUTION: This alarm will only indicate the presence ofcarbon monoxide gas at the sensor.
