Customer assumesany labor costs associated with replacement of these parts.LIMITED FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY ON UPPER ANDLOWER RACKSAfter the first year and until five years from the date of purchase,when the dishwasher is installed and operated in accordancewith the instructions provided in the Installation Instructions andUse & Care Guide, Sears will replace parts for the upper or lowerdishrack if the rack rusts due to defective materials orworkmanship.
