CALIBRATING YOUR KEISER M SERIES EQUIPMENTProcedure for software version U406 and aboveSTEP 1STEP 2STEP 3555512_D1 ROTATION ONLYTurns on ComputerBe sure to read all steps very closely before beginning. You have 25 seconds to go fromSTEP 2 to STEP 9. After 25 seconds the computer will exit calibration mode and you mustallow it to shutdown before attempting to calibrate again. All work is done from the leftside of the machine, except on the M5, the work is done from the right and the plasticcover must be removed.Move the red shifter handle all theway down.Note: If you are unsure of your softwareversion, check the version by removing thebatteries for at least 20 seconds. Reinstallthe batteries and watch the display duringstart-up for “U###”. Allow the computer togo to sleep before continuing to step 2.Slowly rotate the pedal until thecomputer turns on. Once it comeson, continue turning for one-halfrevolution then stop the crankarm. Zeroes will appear on thetime slot on the display as shownto the right.Slide your red calibration tool ontothe flywheel as shown.
