ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS – continuedOPERATING INSTRUCTIONS43Water Supply(Cold Water Only)• Water hose must be at least 3/4 inch indiameter.• Flow rate of water supply must not fallbelow 2.5 GPM (gallons per minute).• Flow rate can be determined by runningthe water for one minute into an empty5-gallon container.IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS – continued• The water supply temperature must notexceed 104°F/40°C.• Never use the pressure washer to draw inwater contaminated with solvents, e.g.paint thinners, gasoline, oil, etc.• Always prevent debris from being drawninto the unit by using a clean water source.• Save these instructions!ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONSStep 3 Slide the handle into the topslot of the wheel carriage and snap intoplace.Step 4 Slide the trigger gun holderinto track on the right hand side of thepressure washer.Step 2 Place the wheel carriageonto the mounting brackets on the sidesof the washer and align the four holes.Snap into place.Step 1 Insert wheels into side holes atthe bottom of the pressure washer and snapinto place.Step 3 Connect garden hose to the coldwater source and turn water on completely.Step 4 Plug the power cord into thepower outlet. Trigger the gun to eliminatetrapped air, wait for a steady flow of waterto emerge from the spray nozzle.Step 2 Connect the garden hose to thewater inlet.Step 1 Connect the high pressure hoseto the high pressure outlet.Step 5 Pull out thelocking slide from the rightside of the trigger gun han-dle, and insert the small endof the high pressure hoseinto place. Push the lockingslide back into the triggergun to lock the hose inposition.Step 6 Insert the Spray Wand Extension into the triggergun. Press in against the spring tension and twist into thelock position. Turn the Spray Wand Extension Collar clock-wise until tight.
