– 6After operating the water using saline water(sea water), open the hand spray gun andrinse the appliance for at least 2 - 3 minutesusing tap water. For HD 1050 B:Set the appliance switch at the engineto OFF and close the fuel supply valve. For HD 1050 DE:Press the regulator lever at the engineto "STOP" till the engine comes to a haltand turn off the fuel tap. Shut off water supply. Activate hand spray gun until device ispressure-less. Secure the hand spray gun using thesafety catch so that it doesn't open ac-cidentally. Remove the water inlet hose from theappliance. WarningRisk of damage! Freezing water in the ap-pliance can destroy parts of the appliance.Store the appliance in a heated room dur-ing winter or empty it. During longer breaksin operation, it is advisable to pump in anti-frost agents into the appliance. Screw off water supply hose and highpressure hose. Operate device for max. 1 minute untilthe pump and conduits are empty.Note: Observe handling instructions of theanti-freeze agent manufacturer. Pump in conventional frost protectionagents through the appliance.A certain corrosion protection is achievedwith this as well.CautionRisk of injury and damage! Observe theweight of the appliance when you transport it. Use the pushing handle to push the ap-pliance. When transporting in vehicles, securethe appliance according to the guide-lines from slipping and tipping over.CautionRisk of injury and damage! Note the weightof the appliance in case of storage.This appliance must only be stored in inte-rior rooms.You can sign with your dealer a contract forregular safety inspection or even sign amaintenance contract. Please take adviceon this matter.Note:The maintenance plan given belowonly lists the maintenance tasks for thehigh-pressure pump.
