16MaintenanceMaintenance and ServiceALWAYS unplug from the main socket beforedismantling any part of the machine.Bag Full IndicatorIf the warning indicator (4) turns orange, it indicatesthat there is a reduced air flow. This is caused eitherby dirty filters, a blockage in the hose or base of themachine, or a full paper bag. When picking up finedust, it may be necessary to change the dust bagbefore it is full. Fluff or hair lets air pass througheasily, the bag may overfill before the bag fullindicator comes on.Changing the Paper BagTo change the paper bag, press the catch (15) andremove the bag cover (29). Push the lever (30) overto the right. Then change the bag, as illustrated onfront of bag. Ensure that the bag top (47) is locatedproperly on both sides of the holder (46) and pusheduntil it locks.NOTE: Do not re-use paper bagsNOTE: Use only manufacturer approved filters andbags.To fit a new dust bag, Slide the right side of the bagtop into the holder (46) and fit the dust inlet of the bagtop (47) over connecting tube until the filter baglatches into the lever.Changing the FiltersThe Microfilter (37) is located in the dust bagcompartment. To change the Microfilter slide it out.Please ensure no particles fall down into the swivelneck.
