Before use, please read the safety precautionsbelow to ensure safe use of your new IsolationTransformer.WARNING:To prevent fire or shock hazard, DO NOT expose thisunit to rain or moisture.WARNING:To prevent electrical shock, DO NOT remove theIsolation Transformer cover.WARNING:The Isolation Transformer’s “thumb screw” ground-stud is to be used to connect items such as staticdischarge floor mats or telephone switch grounds thatcontain a single conductor ground.Any equipment that is not connected via a 3-conduc-tor power cord will be floating above ground. Do notinstall or operate the product if it appears to be damagedin any way. If damaged, notify the carrier and sellerimmediately.ENVIRONMENTALCONSIDERATIONSThis Isolation Transformer has environmental require-ments similar to other medical devices. It has beendesigned for indoor use only, in areas where it will not beexposed to excessive dust or moisture. Make certain thatthere is adequate air flow around the unit. Do not placeobjects on top of or near the unit which could obstruct theair vents. For installation, please refer to the MICRO HDCAMERA DZ-VCA1SE Instruction Book.SIZING INFORMATION ANDINSTALLATION PROCEDUREThe name plate on the rear panel lists the IsolationTransformer voltage and current ratings. Observe that theinput current rating is not exceeded when connectingequipment. Ask that installation be performed by a JVCauthorized dealer.For Customer Use:Enter below the Model No. and Serial No. whichare located on the rear of the cabinet.
