14On TimerYour TV will automatically turn on andtune into the channel you set after theperiod of time you set.1. Press MENU / to displaytheMENU 1 menu, thenselectON TIMER.MENU 1INPUT TVON TIMERPR 1 0:00VNR OFFPROGRAM BY -+SELECT BY EXIT BYOPERATE BY VOL-+ DISPLAYChannelNo.2. Press MENU / or –/+ toselect a channel you want toview when the TV turns on.3. Press VOLUME –/+ to selectthe period of time after whichyou want to turn on the TV.The On Timer function starts.• Each time you press the button, theperiod of time changes in 15 minuteintervals (up to 12 hours).To cancel the On Timer function,press the VOLUME –/+ button toset the period of time to0:00.4. Press DISPLAY to turn thedisplay off.• If you turn off the TV’s main power bypressing the Main power button, theOn Timer function is canceled.• If you do not turn off the TV afterstarting the On Timer function, thechannel will automatically switch tothe channel set for the On Timerfunction.Using the TV’s menusWhen the time set for the OnTimer function is reached:The TV automatically turns on and thechannel set for the On Timer functionis displayed.• For safety reasons the TV willautomatically turn off if no operations aremade within approximately two hours afterthe TV is turned on with the On Timerfunction.• The Off Timer function and Auto Shutofffunction have priority over the On Timerfunction.InputYou can view images from VCRs orother devices connected to your TV.1.
