There is arisk of explosion if the batteries are replaced with abattery of incorrect type. Speak to your dealer formore information.• Use batteries that are rechargable as a power supplyfor the related Husqvarna products only. To preventinjury, do not use the battery as a power supply forother devices.• Risk of electrical shock. Do not connect the batteryterminals to keys, screws or other metal. This cancause a short circuit of the battery.• If the battery leaks, do not let the liquid touch yourbody or eyes. If you have touched the liquid, cleanthe area with a large quantity of water and getmedical aid.• Do not use batteries that are non-rechargable.• Do not do modifications to the battery.• Do not put objects into the air slots of the battery.• Keep the battery away from sunlight, heat or openflame. The battery can cause an explosion andcause burns and/or chemical burns.• Keep the battery away from rain and wet conditions.• Keep the battery away from microwaves and highpressure.• Do not try to disassemble or break the battery.• Use the battery in temperatures between -10 °C/14°F and 40 °C/104 °F.• Do not clean the battery with water. Refer toToclean the battery on page 6.• Do not use a defective or damaged battery.• Keep batteries in storage away from metal objectssuch as nails, screws or jewelry.• Keep the battery away from children.Battery charger safetyWARNING: Read all safety warnings and allinstructions. Failure to follow the warningsand instructions may result in electricalshock, fire and/or serious injury.• Risk of electrical shock or short circuit if the safetyinstructions are not obeyed.• Do not use other battery chargers than the onesupplied for your product.
