Product Service Bulletin012799-11999-01Engineering ServicesModels Affected:Serial Numbers: Some 1997 & 1998 production units.Issue Reported: Field reports have indicated that these units may throw thetransmission drive belt off from the engine or transmission pulley. This canoccur when the transmission engagement lever is disengaged.Action Required: 1. Adjustment of the transmission belt guides at the enginetransmission pulley.2. Removal of the orange and grey frame mounted beltguides.3. Reposition and install grey belt guide in invertedposition, aligning with transmission drive belt.4. Adjust grey belt guide after tightening to a clearance of3/16 inch from surface of belt, when belt is in theengaged position.ST723, ST926, ST1030
