Connect the mains plug to the pow-er socket.2. Press the ON/OFF button if the dis-play is off.3. The alarm buzzer could operate af-ter few seconds.To reset the alarm refer to "Hightemperature alarm".4. If DEMO appears on the display, theappliance is in demonstration mode.Refer to "What to do if..." para-graph.5. The temperature indicators show theset default temperature.To select a different set temperature re-fer to "Temperature regulation".2.3 Switching offTo switch off the appliance do thesesteps:1. Press the ON/OFF button for 3 sec-onds.2. The display switches off.3. To disconnect the appliance fromthe power disconnect the mainsplug from the power socket.2.4 Temperature regulationThe set temperature of the freezer maybe adjusted by pressing the temperaturebutton.Set default temperature:• -18°C for the freezerThe temperature indicator shows the settemperature.The set temperature will be reachedwithin 24 hours.After a power failure the set tem-perature remains stored.2.5 Ice maker functionThe ice maker is switched on at deliveryand starts up automatically when the ap-pliance is connected to water and powersupplies.To switch on and off the function:1. Press the Ice maker ON/OFF buttonfor 3 seconds.The ice maker icon is shown when theice maker is activated.2.6 ChildLock modeTo lock any possible operation throughthe buttons select the ChildLock mode.To switch on the function:1.
