English – 9SAFETY INSTRUCTIONSGround fault circuit interrupterGround fault circuit interrupters are for protection in case anelectrical fault should occur.The LED indicates that the ground fault circuit interrupter is onand that the machine can be switched on. If the LED is noton, push the RESET button (green).Checking, maintaining and servicingthe machine′′′′s safety equipmentChecking the power switchStart the machine, release the power switch and check thatthe motor and the drill bit stop.A defective power switch should be replaced by an authorizedservice workshop.Checking the power switch lockPress the power switch and check that the power switch islocked when the power switch lock is pressed in.Press in the power switch and make sure the switch returnsto its original position when you release it.Check that the power switch and the power switch lock moveeasily.Check the ground fault circuit interrupterConnect the machine to the socket. Push the RESET button(green) and the red LED lights up.Push the TEST button (blue).The ground fault circuit interrupter should trip and themachine switch off instantly. If not, contact your dealer.Reset with the RESET button (green).IMPORTANT! All servicing and repair work on the machinerequires special training. This is especially true of themachine′s safety equipment. If your machine fails any of thechecks described below you must contact your serviceagent.
