Problem Cause SolutionThe pressure in thepressure tank is lessthan 7 bar.The filter for the water separator is dirty ordamaged.Clean the filter for the water separator. Re-place if it is necessary.The filters for the compressor are dirty ordamaged.Clean the filters for the compressor. Replaceif it is necessary.There is a leakage in the tubes. Speak to an approved service agent.The control valve is damaged. Speak to an approved service agent.There is no pressureor not sufficient pres-sure in the pressuretank.The pneumatic system is damaged. Do a check of the pneumatic system.The compressor filters are dirty. Clean the compressor filters. Refer toToclean the compressor filters on page 17.Error codes on the soft starterSome models of the product have a soft starter in thecontrol panel. The soft starter prevents damage to theelectrical equipment and gives information about thefailure.Indication Problem SolutionThe LED is off. The product does not start. Do a check of the power connections and the powersource.The LED is on. The product does not start. Make sure that the isolation contactor is correctly con-nected.Make sure that the product is connected to a powersource.The LED flashes 1 time. Overload Find the cause for the overload. Push the reset button toreset.The LED flashes 2 times. Over temperature Let the product become cool.The LED flashes 3 times. Phase reversal Do a check of the sequence of the phases.The LED flashes 4 times. Phase loss/open load. Confirm that 3 phases are present. 1 or 2 phases couldbe missing.The LED flashes 5 times. Phase imbalance. Do a check of the voltage in each phase. The phase unittrips if the difference is more than 50%.The LED flashes 6 times. Shorted SCR. Speak to an approved service agent.Transportation, storage and disposalTransportationWARNING: Be careful duringtransportation. The product is heavy and cancause injury or damage if it falls or movesduring transportation.CAUTION: Do not tow the productbehind a vehicle.• Make sure that the electrical cable anddust extraction hose are disconnected beforetransportation.
