b) Increase the distance between the motor and thebearing to increase the V-belt tension. Decreasethe distance to loosen the V-belt.c) Tighten the 4 nuts.6. Decrease the distance between the motor and thebearing to release the tension of the V-belt.4. Remove the V-belt and install the new V-belt.5. Increase the distance between the motor and thebearing to apply tension to the V-belt. Refer toTo doa check of the V-belt tension on page 18.6. Install the V-belt cover.Filter replacementWARNING: Use personal protectiveequipment. Refer toPersonal protectiveequipment on page 7.
