7.2 Winter storage7.2.1 The robotic lawn mowerThe product must be cleaned carefully before putting itaway for the winter. Refer toCleaning on page 18.CAUTION: The battery must becharged fully before winter storage. If thebattery is not fully charged it can bedamaged and in certain cases be rendereduseless.Place the product in the charging station with the hatchopen until the battery icon in the display shows that thebattery is fully charged. Switch off the product with themain switch or the ON/OFF button.Check the condition of wear items such as blades andbearings in the rear wheel. Rectify if necessary to makesure the product is in good condition prior to nextseason.Store the product standing on all wheels and place it in adry, frost-free environment, preferably in the products’soriginal packaging. You can also hang the product on aHusqvarna original wall hanger. Contact your Husqvarnarepresentative for more information about available wallhangers.7.2.2 The charging stationStore the charging station and power supply indoors.The boundary wire and the guide wire can be left in theground.1. Disconnect the charging station's power supplyfrom the mains.2. Release the connector lock and pull the connectorout.3. Disconnect the boundary and guide wire contactsfrom the charging station.The ends of the wires should be protected from damp,for example by putting them in a container with grease.If it is not possible to store the charging station indoors,the charging station must be connected to the mains,the boundary wire and the guide wires the entire winter.7.3 Environmental informationThe symbol on the Husqvarna productindicates that this product cannot betreated as domestic waste. It shouldinstead be left at a suitable recyclingcentre to recycle its electroniccomponents and batteries.
