TroubleshootingProblem Cause SolutionToo much vibra-tion and/or unusualnoises.The blastwheel is worn or damaged. Replace the parts that are worn or damaged.Incorrect alignment of the blastwheel andcontrol cage.Adjust the alignment of blastwheel and con-trol cage.There are loose screws and nuts. Tighten all screws and nuts.Incorrect tension of the V-belts. Do a check of the V-belt tension. Refer toTodo a check of the V-belt tension on page 21.The motor is damaged. Replace the motor. Speak to an approvedHusqvarna service agent.The wheels are damaged. Replace the wheels.Decreased or no per-formance.The supply of abrasive to the blastwheel isnot sufficient.Clean the separator tray and refill the abra-sive separator with abrasive.Do a check of the feed spout and the abra-sive valve.The type of abrasive is incorrect for the sur-face.Replace the abrasive with correct abrasivefor the surface.The abrasive has contamination. Do a check of the dust extractor and dustextractor hose.The blastwheel or the control cage is worn ordamaged.Replace the blastwheel and/or the controlcage.Too much abrasive hits the surface at thestart of the operation.Close the abrasive valve and stop the prod-uct. Start the operation again and slowlyopen the abrasive valve.The drive speed of the product is too high. Decrease the drive speed.Abrasive leaves theproduct.The magnetic seals are at an incorrect dis-tance from the surface.Adjust the height of the magnetic seals.Damaged seals. Do a check of all the seals and replace ifnecessary.The quality of abrasive is not satisfactory.
