Hardmeier FoxSec FS9000 Wiring Diagram
Main panel has total of 16 inputs (expandable up to 240) and 8 relayoutputs on board. Inputs are montiored with two 2.2Kohm resistorsystem.• Data on the Ethernet is encrypted• Up to 48 LCD/LED keypads for one main unit• Up to 14 16in/8out zone expander modulesUp to 240 zones and 112 outputsUp to 24 8out main output modules and each one expandableup to 32 additional outputs Total of 960 outputs• Up to 31 access door controllers (FS7001, FS7002, FS8001,FS8002) for one main unitFor one main unit can be connected 1 GSM modem, 1 CONTACT IDmodule or connection with PC through serial COM port. For data communication must be used shielded twisted pair cable(Cat5e, Cat6e)Data communication cable total lengths:Keypads/output modules KBD line total length is up to 1500mZone expander modules SENS line total length is up to 2000mAccess door controllers DOORS line total length is up to 1000mFS9000 main unit DIP switches are used for enabling and disablingtechnical options.1. If it is ON then it is possible to connect PC to FoxSec throughRS232 COM port and monitoring nor will conf software ask foruser neither password nor encryption keys. When enabling thisthen main unit creates an alarm ‘engineer on site’ and it will beon until switch is turned off. Option is needed when passwordsor encryption keys are lost and must create new ones.NB! As long as DIP 1 is ON access door controller data lineis not working.2. If it is ON then it is possible to connect PC to FoxSec throughEthernet. Neither monitoring nor will conf software ask for userneither password nor encryption keys. When enabling this thenmain unit creates an alarm ‘engineer on site’ and it will be onuntil switch is turned off. (Can be connected if Ethernet settingsare enabled and working)3. If enabled then access door controller alarms are not shown(door opened too long, door opened by key, etc).4. If enabled then main unit will not monitor (220VAC) criticallimits. If it is OFF then alarm is generated if mains supply isunder 190V or above 240V.5. Must be OFF all the time6. If it is on then it is possible to connect zone expanders, keypads, output modules to one (KBD) data line. Access doorcontrollers must still connect to DOORS data line.Main board LED1. KBD data line supervision –If KBD LINE LED is ON then it is programmed to main unit atleast one keypad and/or output module and all connecteddevices are communicating with main unit.If LED is OFF then there are no devices programmed to mainunit. If LED blinks then at least one of the programmed devices isnot communicating with FoxSec main unit.2. SENS data line supervision –If SENS LINE LED is ON then it is programmed to main unit atleast one zone expander module and data connection isperfect. If LED is OFF then there are no devices programmedto main unit. If LED blinks then there is some kind of outsidenoise to data line.3. RS232 data line supervision –If blinking then it is sending and receiving data over COM portGreen= transmit (TX), Red= receive (RX).FoxSec FS9000 ver. 5.5TECHNICAL DEVICE SPECIFICATIONType FS9000 Alarm system main panelSecurity grade Kat. 3 PD6662:2004 EN50131-1Mounting box size 400X350X180 mmEnvironmental class IP 20PCB dimensions 160X264 mmInput power 13.7VDCCurrent 400mAOutputs 8 X 5A relay outputsInputs 16 on board inputs. 2 X 2.2KohmAntitamper Sepparate inputs for tampersTemperature range -10 ºC to +40 ºCHumidity range 0%-80%Communications Ethernet, CAN bus, RS485, RS232 |
