If under warranty, report the modelnumber, date of purchase, serial number and the nature of theproblem. If the repair is not covered by the warranty, you willbe notified of the charges incurred. If the instrument is to bereturned to Hanna Instruments, first obtain a Returned GoodsAuthorization Number from the Customer Service departmentand then send it with shipment costs prepaid. When shippingany instrument, make sure it is properly packaged for completeprotection.All rights are reserved.
