Instruction ManualHI 93702Copper High RangeISMThe HI 93702 meter measures the copper content in waterand wastewater in the 0.00 to 5.00 mg/L (ppm) range.The meter uses an exclusive positive-locking system to ensurethat the cuvet is in the same place every time it is placedinto the measurement cell.The reagent is in powder form and is supplied in packets. Any defective itemmust be returned in its original packing.Preliminary ExaminationGeneral DescriptionSpecificationsThis indicates that the meter is in aready state and zeroing can beperformed.Sampling in Progress. This promptappears each time the meter isperforming a measurement.This indicates that the meter is in azeroed state and measurement can beperformed.A zero reading was not taken. Inserta sample before adding reagent andpress ZERO.Under range. A blinking "0.00"indicates that the sample absorbs lesslight than the zero reference. Checkthe procedure and make sure you usethe same cuvet for reference (zero)and measurement.Over range. A flashing value higherthan the maximum concentrationreadable (see specifications) indicatesthat the sample absorbs too muchlight, meaning that the concentrationis too high. Dilute the sample.Light over range. The cuvet is notinserted correctly and an excessambient light is reaching the detector.If the cover is properly installed, thencontact your dealer or the nearestHanna Customer Service Center.Light under range. The zero sample istoo dark for proper zeroing. If this isnot the case, contact your dealer orthe nearest Hanna Customer ServiceCenter.The "V" indicates that the batteryvoltage is getting low and the batteryneeds to be replaced.This indicates that the battery is deadand must be replaced.Note: once this indication isdisplayed, the meter will lockup.Change the battery to restart.Display Code Guide |
