Any defective itemmust be returned in its original packing.GENERAL DESCRIPTIONHI 8732 is a complete, versatile and water-tight conductivitymeter, that can measure EC in the 0 to 4 mS/cm range, TDSfrom 0 to 1999 ppm, and temperature from 0 to 70°C.The desired measurement mode is easily selectable through amembrane keyboard on the front panel.Conductivity measurements are automatically compensated fortemperature changes with a fixed coefficient of 2%/°C.The HI 761285 probe features a built-in temperature sensor,and it has been designed to require little maintenance.The meter can be calibrated at one point for EC or TDS, whilethe temperature range is factory calibrated.Recommendations for UsersBefore using these products, make sure that they are entirely suitable for the environment inwhich it is used. Operation of these instruments in residential areas could cause unacceptableinterferences to radio and TV equipment. Any variation introduced by the user to the suppliedequipment may degrade the instruments’ EMC performance. To avoid electrical shock, do notuse this instrument when voltage at the measurement surface exceeds 24 Vac or 60 Vdc.
