4 MAINTAINING THE HFG2.0Under normal operation, the HFG2.0 requires no formal maintenanceprogram.Regularly scheduled inspections should be performed to check for:• any damage to wire insulation on integral 17-wire signal harness• any damage to wire insulation on integral 4-wire power harness• actuator-to-valve alignment (or actuator-to-load alignment)• any damage to housing or mounting hardware• any damage to power and signal harnesses• parts that are worn, loose, or shifted due to shock, vibration, etc.4.1 RefurbishmentPECC recommends that the HFG2.0 be shipped back to the factory forrefurbishment when the user’s system is shut down for overhaul (typicallyafter approximately 30,000 hours of operation.)
