The plug will fit into anelectrical outlet only one way. This is asafety feature intended to help reduce therisk of electrical shock. If you are unable toinsert the plug into the outlet, try reversingthe plug. If the plug should still fail to fit,contact a qualified electrician to replace theobsolete outlet.
